Christopher Jerod Harris

Mr. Christopher Jerod Harris passed peacefully on Monday, May 5, 2025, in his home in Niceville Florida . He was born on July 19, 1978, and was a native of Baton Rouge Louisiana. 

 Christopher was a devoted husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 20 years, Mrs. Curletta Harris; and his seven children: Tonyetta (Bricelon Sr.), Demetrus, Satonias (Eileen Rayne), Ja’Marcus (Kiarah), Christopher Jr. (Nariah), Jervez (Alissa’Brianna), and Jernez (Jahi). He also shared a meaningful bond with Latashia Jarvis, the devoted mother of four of his children. 

 He leaves behind eleven cherished grandchildren: Zailen, Mia, Carter, Kaelynn, Journie, Caydence, Ca’Son, Ahmira, Ciayah, Ja’Ziya, and Bricelon Jr. 

 Christopher is also survived by his mother Barbara Harris Williams; godmother and great-aunt Ceola Moore; and dedicated in-laws Thomas and Anita Queen. 

His siblings include brothers Rodrick Harris, Norris Wright, Antonio Wright, and Norris Perkins; and sister Latrica Wright. He was also blessed with godparents Norris Sr. and Lori Wright.

 Christopher Jerod Harris will be fondly remembered by a large extended family of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whose lives he touched deeply.
