Junius Gibson Jr

Junius Gibson Jr. was born May 3, 1963 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He
was born to the union of the late Junius Sr. and Wilhelmina Gibson.. He
was the third child of seven siblings.
Junius was a native of Westwego Louisiana, but resided in Baton
Rouge, LA. until his departure from this life. He was educated in the
Jefferson Parish School System.
Junius was a chef for over 35 yrs. He enjoyed cooking especially for
holidays and family gatherings. He was a big fan of R&B old school
music. He also was a former employee of Galliano Marine Service
where he retired after 40 yrs of service.
Junius was preceded in death by his parents Junius Sr. and Wilhelmina
Gibson, one brother, Marlon Gibson, grandparents, aunts and uncles.
Junius leaves to cherish his memory his one and only daugher Victoria
Bush, four stepchildren he raised Shennen Lee, Shannel Taplet, Carlis
Robertson and Chad Taplet four sisters, Beverly (Curtis) Tate, Renelda
(Reginald) Nash, Leslie ( Norman) Mitchell, Angeletta (Frank) Petit, 1
brother Terrell Washington and a host of nephews and nieces.
