Raymond Francis LaCour

RAYMOND FRANCIS LACOUR SR WAS BORN ON JUNE 25, 1944, TO THE LATE GEORGE LACOUR SR. AND OPHELIA LACOUR IN NEW ROAD, LOUISIANA. HE WAS THE FIFTH CHILD IN THE FAMILY OF EIGHT CHILDREN. ON JULY 30, 2024, HE DEPARTED HIS EARTHLY LIFE PEACEFULLY AT HIS HOME AND ENTERED INTO ENTERAL REST IN THE PRESENCE OF HIS SON AND GRANDDAUGHTER.

   Raymond, as he was affectionally known by everyone, was a funny and loveable person. He was hardworking and dedicated to his job. He enjoyed playing cards, listening to blues, and telling good stories. Raymond attended Rosenwald High School and later graduated in 1966.

Raymond leaves his precious memories to cherish with his siblings, son, grandkids, nieces, nephews, other relatives,and friends.
