Travis Bertran Chisholm

Travis Bertran Chisholm was born on December 27, 1976 to te late Mamie Blackmore Chisholm in New Orleans, LA. He departed this life on Sunday, February 19,2023.Travis was baptized at an early age by Pastor Collins Trench, Jr. at the First Hollygrove Missionary Baptist Church in New Orleans. He served the church as a Junior Deacon and Usher. Travis complete his elementary and secondary education in the Orleans Parish School System. He earned both bachelor and master degrees in Business through the University of Phoenix. Travis was employed by the Archdioceses of Baton Rouge and worked as the night shift manager at teh St. Vincent de Paul Men's Shelter. 

Travis was a gamer and for a short while his job was to test new video games before they would hit the sales market. Travis was a very serious sports fan and he absolutely loved the NEW ORLEANS SAINTS! Travis liked cigars, sneakers and he was intrigued with nonfiction writings concerning politics and biographies of famous Americans. Greatest of all, Travis was the "King" of Amazon.com and all curbside services. 

Our Dear Travis was the youngest of six siblings. Travis leaves to cherich his memories, his siblings, Priscilla Smith, Brenda Coleman and Orelia Kelly of Baton Rouge, LA. , Walter Chisholm of Atlanta, GA., Reynell Celestine of Lacombe, LA., two aunts, Ethelene Mingo and Mae Ola Collins of New Orleans, La. A brother--in-law, Johnnie Jarvis of Centerville, MS., and a Godson, Travis J. Chisholm of Atlanta, GA., treasured childhood friends, Brian Quezerque of New Orleans, LA and Elton Fletcher of Houston, TX and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, co-workers, other relatives and friends.

Travis was proceeded in death by his mother , Mamie Blackmore Chisholm and two eldest siblings, Rosa Morgan, and Vernon Chisholm.
