Losing her was hard but knowing her last wishes were carried out with such perfection, style and grace comforted us all. Momma did a good thing for her family by pre-planning her arrangements, down to the last detail and we know everything was done her way. Hamilton Platinum Funereal Service and especially our amazing Cousin(Momma’s Great Nephew), Prestin Glover Pleasant provided for us all is prized and will not be soon forgotten. The two words, “Thank You”, do not seem to be enough as I recall the myriad of things you and your staff did for my family in our time of distress. Almost a year ago, Momma met Andre at another family member’s home going services, there was an immediate connection with him, she embraced Andre as family and personally asked Andre to handle her services when her time came. You and your colleagues not only handled the arrangements flawlessly, you added so many extra touches to make the day seamless and comforting. Your attention to detail was appreciated. <br>Prestin, you provided ‘white glove’ service from the time we notified you of Momma’s transition, through out the family viewing, picking us up for the service, the special customized presentations during the funeral, the interment and presentations, the repast and returning us back home. A Hamilton Platinum has served our family for many years. I want to just say Thank you for the love, and support, you have shown me, during the most difficult time in my life. You help me make the right choices for my husband funeral. You made the process go very smoothly.
